Meet Harvey Makings – IT Technician

I’m Harvey, I’ve been providing a plethora of IT services across a wide spectrum of projects over the last 5 years. During my time, I’ve had the pleasure of having a hand in such projects as Chicago Public Schools, DNS Servers for Silverstone Race Circuit and many more! I specialise in IT hardware but also have a wealth of knowledge in a variety of other areas, including but not limited to:

Office 365 and User Accounts
Customer Support and RMAs / returns
Consultancy and quoting for all your hardware and software needs
Troubleshooting and hardware repair
Server installation and performance testing
Mobile Device Management (Mosyle, Intune, etc.)

IT has always been a big passion of mine and it’s been fascinating to see how far it’s come and where it’s headed. I like to think of myself as a ‘middle-man’ between technology and people, breaking down otherwise complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand terms in order to support and enrich that relationship, allowing anyone and everyone to see and feel the benefits in the process.
