I’m Sophie, the Account Manager here at Hybrid Media. I’ve been part of the team for over a year, working closely with our technicians and schools to ensure a seamless, transparent and supportive service. Alongside my role, I’m currently completing my Level 3 qualification in Human Resources, helping me bring a people-first approach to everything I do.

Day to day, my work involves:

• Coordinating school IT support visits and managing client accounts
• Acting as a main point of contact for enquiries and service updates
• Supporting project planning and client communication
• Overseeing service documentation and compliance processes
• Assisting with internal HR and policy development
