Zach is an ICT apprentice with a strong passion in IT and emerging technology and is currently studying for a Level 3 in IT software and hardware solutions.

With a keen eye in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues involving computer security, network connectivity, hardware and software problems and growing an understanding of operating systems and Apple devices. 

Zach provides our schools with hands-on or remote support via our robust ticket system in a friendly manner and a can-do attitude.

No job is too small or too big that Zach can’t handle!
